Can I choose my own signature cocktails?

Absolutely! You can come to us with your own recipes or choose from our extensive list. We can even customize the color of the drinks to match your event's color scheme.

Do you offer non-alcoholic beverages?

Yes, indeed! We can create a variety of non-alcoholic beverages for your event, including signature mocktails and kiddie-tails. There are no limits to what we can craft to ensure everyone has a delightful drink in hand.

Can we add decorations to the bars?

Of course, you’re welcome to add decorations to our bars to match your event’s theme. Please ensure that any decorations do not use nails, glue, or other materials that could permanently alter the bars. Let us know in advance if you plan to add your own decorations. We also provide decorations that can be coordinated with your color scheme or theme.

Is gratuity included?

Gratuity is included in your invoice. Full gratuity is added if you do not want a tip jar at the bar. If you allow a tip jar, we will include partial gratuity on the invoice.

What are the logistical requirements for Cheers on Wheels Mobile Trailer?

We handle different types of terrains but prefer a flat surface for setup. The horse trailer bar needs both clearance and a level area. Access to electricity is required, though we can supply a generator if necessary. The trailer's dimensions are about 7 feet wide, 9 feet tall, and 12 feet from hitch to bumper.

Do you require electricity?

Yes, our horse trailer bar requires electricity. We can bring extension cords if electricity is within 50 feet, or provide a generator with advance notice. Please note that an additional fee may apply if a generator is required.

What are your policies on shots, checking IDs, and cutting people off?

We do not serve shots except for a maximum of one scheduled group shots during the event. We check IDs to ensure no minors are served, in compliance with the law. Anyone visibly intoxicated will be cut off to prioritize the safety of your guests.

We’re not looking for a trailer. Do you have a portable bar option available?

Yes! We do offer a portable bar option. We’d be happy to provide more details to help you find the perfect fit for your event. Just let us know what you need!

Do you handle trash?

We will take care of the bar-related trash. However, other event trash should be managed by your caterer or another provider.

Do you have a rain date policy?

We do not have a rain date policy. However, we can assist in arranging suitable covering for inclement weather at the client's expense. Please note that we cannot offer a refund if it rains. While we will make every effort to reschedule your event, we cannot guarantee availability.

Do you have a liquor license/do you provide the alcohol?

We do not carry a liquor license but have all the requirements to serve alcohol at private events. You will need to purchase the alcohol, and we can provide a shopping list to simplify the process. We have partnered with a local distributor to coordinate the purchase and delivery of alcohol if needed.

Where are you located and will you travel?

We are based in Cape Coral. Travel within 30 miles from zip code 33993 is included in our package pricing. Additional mileage will be quoted based on the venue location. For locations over 2 hours away, overnight lodging accommodations will be included in the custom quote.
